The story
Trattoria Costadoro was born, as the restaurant's own website puts it, from the wish to run a restaurant the way it used to be done: hand-made pasta and bread, ingredients chosen from local producers. It is a recent address in Bardolino, presented as a new corner of taste. The kitchen brings together Veneto tradition and the lake: homemade bigoli and tagliatelle, pike in sauce and sardines en saor with polenta, smoked trout carpaccio, fried perch fillet, Garronese beef tartare. The wine list gathers labels from Garda and the Verona area: Bardolino, Custoza, Valpolicella, Soave.
